FAQ'S
About Our Services
Hydrotherapy
Our hydrotherapy sessions help babies build strength, improve balance and coordination, and develop body awareness. The warm water soothes tummy discomfort, eases fussiness, and encourages deeper, more restful sleep—all while providing gentle sensory stimulation that supports healthy growth and development.
Baby Massage
Baby massage, performed by our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), helps little ones feel calm and secure while supporting digestion and easing colic or gassiness. It boosts circulation, promotes overall wellbeing, and encourages restorative sleep, offering professional and soothing care for growing bodies.
Together, hydrotherapy and massage create a holistic wellness experience that nurtures your baby’s body and mind, supporting healthy development while giving parents peace of mind.
Safety, Health & Insurance
Is it safe for my baby?
Yes. Your child’s safety is our top priority. Each tub is used by only one baby at a time, with fresh water and baby-safe cleaning between every session. Parents stay within arm’s reach throughout, and our trained team is always present.
Is baby massage covered by insurance?
In many cases, yes. Because massages are performed by RMTs, they are often eligible under extended health insurance plans. We encourage you to confirm your coverage with your provider.
Can hydrotherapy be claimed under insurance?
No. Hydrotherapy is considered a wellness service that is not covered by insurance.
How much does the full session cost?
Hydrotherapy + Massage: $95 + HST
- Massage portion: $80 + HST (receipt provided for insurance claims)
- Hydrotherapy portion: $15 + HST (non-insurable wellness fee)
Do you offer direct billing?
Not at this time. Receipts for massage are emailed to you after your session so you can submit them directly to your insurance provider.

Your Visit
How long is a typical session?
A full hydrotherapy + massage experience lasts about 55 minutes.
What if my baby doesn’t last the full session?
Every baby has their own rhythm. Some enjoy the water and massage longer, while others need breaks. We always follow your baby’s cues, though session fees remain the same regardless of how long they participate.
How should I prepare my baby?
For the smoothest visit, plan your appointment between naps, and feed your little one about 30 minutes before arriving. A rested, content baby usually enjoys the session most.
What should I bring?
We’ve got you covered with swim diapers, towels, toys, flotation devices, and organic baby-friendly massage oil. If you prefer a specific product, feel free to bring your own towel or oil.
When should we arrive?
Arrive about 5 minutes early so you and your baby can settle in and change comfortably before the session begins.
